Getting the photos right
The single thing that ruins a senior banner is a low-resolution photo. A picture pulled from a team Facebook page is often only a few hundred pixels wide, and at 3 feet tall it turns to mush.
Send us the original files straight from the camera or phone — not a screenshot, not a download from social media. If all you have is a small file, tell us and we will show you how large it can safely print before we make twenty of them.
Deadlines are the whole game
Senior night does not move. Booster club orders tend to arrive in one batch with names spelled three different ways and two photos missing, a week before the game.
We will give you a real deadline to work backward from, a single spreadsheet to collect names and numbers, and a proof of every banner before anything prints. Build in a week of slack and nobody has to panic.

Straight answers to what people actually ask us.
What size should senior night banners be?
Most schools use 2' x 4' or 3' x 5'. Smaller works for indoor sports and gym walls; 3' x 5' reads better across a football or baseball field. If your school already has a standard, send us one of last year's and we will match it exactly.
How far ahead do we need to order?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a full senior class once we have every photo and name. The bottleneck is almost never printing — it is collecting photos from families. Start gathering those a month out.
What photo resolution do you need?
Send the original file from the camera or phone rather than a copy downloaded from social media, which compresses it heavily. As a rule of thumb, anything under about 1500 pixels on the long edge will start to look soft at banner size. We will tell you before we print, not after.
Do you offer pricing for booster clubs?
Yes. Senior banner sets and sponsor banner runs are priced by quantity, and the per-banner cost drops considerably on a full class or a full fence. Call (513) 613-2531 with your numbers.
Can you match what our school used last year?
Usually, yes. Send a photo of the existing banner and we will match the size, layout and colors so this year's set does not look out of place next to the last three.
